Below are the answers to many of the commonly asked questions.

I have already purchased stencils from Oops a Daisy UK, will there be duplicates in the boxes?

Our #LoveDaisy subscription boxes will only ever contain BRAND NEW designs, so you don’t need to worry about getting duplicates. Many of the stencils within our subscription boxes will never go on general sale!

If I subscribe to the BIG ONE and the MINI ONE will I receive the same stencils?

No, we will never duplicate across the boxes, so you can have one or both of these subscriptions with no worries of duplication.

I’d like to change my address or payment details, how do I do this?

You can update the address on your active subscription from the “my account” section on this website.

When changing your address please check if you have an active orders generated from your subscriptions and have not yet been fulfilled, (you can find these under the “orders” section of the my account area).

If you have active orders please email us oopsadaisyuk@outlook.com in order for us to manually change the address.

When will payment be taken?

After the initial payment, which will be taken at time of enrolment, subsequent payments are taken on the 1st of the month for the mini box, and as per the payment schedule for the quarterly box.

When will I receive my box?

The Monthly Mini Box is dispatched on the 14th of every month. Our quarterly box is dispatched as per our schedule.

The boxes are letterbox friendly and are sent via regular untracked mail in order to keep shipping as low as possible. For the UK you should expect to receive your box 2-3 days after dispatch, for the rest of the world 1-3 weeks.

My box hasn’t arrived?

If your box has not arrived within our accepted time frame (see below), please contact us on orders@oopsadaisyuk.com.

UK: 2 weeks

Europe: 4 weeks

USA/CANANDA/AUSTRALIA/ROW: 6 weeks

Customs Fees:

If you are ordering from outside of the UK your order may be eligible for customs or import duties/taxes. This is outside of our control.

Unfortunately as the threshold for fees and fees due vary from country to country we are unable to give advice on an individual order. Your local customs office should be able to give accurate advice.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription any time by logging into your account and clicking cancel.

There is no minimum term and you may cancel at any time. We will dispatch any boxes already paid for after cancellation.

You can also put your subscription on hold if you wish to pause boxes for a while rather than cancel completely. If you do so, you may miss out on the current box if stock has sold out while you are on hold.
