Below are the answers to many of the commonly asked questions about our subscription boxes. For queries specific to our stencils please see Stencil FAQs.

I have already purchased stencils from Oops a Daisy UK, will there be duplicates in the boxes?

Our Love Daisy subscription boxes will only ever contain brand new designs, so you don’t need to worry about getting duplicates. Many of the stencils within our subscription boxes will never go on general sale!

If I subscribe to the Big One and the Mini One, will I receive the same stencils?

No, we will never duplicate across the boxes, so you can have one or both of these subscriptions with no worries of duplication.

What’s the theme of the next box?

We will notify you of the monthly and quarterly theme via our newsletter prior to payment being taken. You can also find the theme information on our home page, and on our social media channels.

I want to upgrade to the Mini One PLUS – How do I do this?

Simply log-in to the My Account section to view your active subscriptions.

Click on the subscription you wish to amend and ‘CHANGE SUBSCRIPTION’ to upgrade or downgrade. You can also click ‘SUSPEND’ to pause your subscription.

If you do not log-in and amend your subscription then the subscription will auto renew each month on the previous months settings.

Please note: Any changes to your subscription must be made prior to the next payment date.

I want to subscribe to multiple boxes – Can I combine them to save on shipping?

Yes! We are able to combine our Mini One PLUS and Daisy Doodles Kids’ monthly boxes to help you save on shipping and customs fees. Find out more here.

Unfortunately, due to the timings of the boxes and the way they are managed internally, we are unable to combine Big One and Mini One Subscriptions at this point.

I’d like to change my address or payment details, how do I do this?

You can update the address on your active subscription from the My Account section.

When changing your address please check if you have any active orders generated from your subscriptions which have not yet been fulfilled, (you can find these under the ‘Orders’ section of the ‘My Account’ area).

If you have active orders please email us so that we can manually change the address.

When will payment be taken?

After the initial payment, which will be taken at time of enrolment, subsequent payments are taken on the 1st of the month for the Mini One box, and as per the payment schedule for the quarterly Big One box.

When will I receive my box?

The Monthly Mini One Box is dispatched on the 14th of every month. Our quarterly Big One box is dispatched as per our dispatch schedule.

The boxes are letterbox friendly and are sent via regular untracked mail in order to keep shipping as low as possible. For the UK you should expect to receive your box 2-3 days after dispatch, for the rest of the world 1-3 weeks.

My box hasn’t arrived! Can you help?

If your box has not arrived within our accepted time frame (see below), please contact us on

UK: 2 weeks
Europe: 4 weeks
USA/Canada/Australia/Rest Of Word: 6 weeks

Do I have to pay Customs fees?

If you are ordering from outside of the UK your order may be eligible for customs or import duties/taxes. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control.

Fees and their thresholds vary from country to country, so we are unable to give advice on an individual order. Your local customs office should be able to give accurate advice.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription any time by logging into Your Account and clicking ‘cancel’.

There is no minimum term and you may cancel at any time. We will dispatch any boxes already paid for after cancellation.

You can also put your subscription on hold if you wish to pause it for a while rather than cancel completely. If you do so, you may miss out on the current box if stock has sold out while you are on hold.

I’m moving, how can I change my address?

Again, simply log into the “my account” section of this website and amend the details on each of your active subscriptions. This must be done prior to payment for the upcoming box being taken.

Germany – Verpackungsgesetz (LUCID Packaging Register)

In 2019 Germany’s Packaging Act VerpackG came into effect, imposing requirements on online retailers selling to buyers in Germany. The Packaging Act promotes recycling and reuse of packaging materials (e.g. cardboard boxes, tape, and bubble wrap).

My company Oops a Daisy UK is registered at the Packaging Register of the Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister (Foundation Central Agency Packaging Register – ZSVR) with registration number DE2904206727331. My Dual System Licensing partner for the collection, sorting & recycling of the packaging is ACTIVATE by RECLAY.

As consumer please ensure that all received packaging is disposed of in the right recycling containers, Blue for all paper & cardboard and Yellow for all plastics.
